CHILDREN’S ZYRTEC (Cetirizine) or CLARITIN (Oratidine)

THESE ARE ONCE A DAY

6 months - 2 years	2.5 ml
2 - 5 years	2.5 ml - 5 ml *	1-2 tabs*	1 tab
6 years and up	10 ml	4 tabs	2 tabs	1 tab	1 tab	1 tab

* For these specific formulations, under age 3 years start with 2.5 ml (or ONE 2.5 mg chewable) unless directed otherwise by your doctor.

 

BENADRYL (Diphenhydramine): to be given every 6-8 hrs.

THIS SHOULD BE USED UNDER 4 YEARS OF AGE FOR ALLERGY PURPOSES ONLY.
